Frequently Asked Questions
How does this work? What do I actually send you?
You send us your products, your packaging, and any components + accessories. We handle the rest. We receive everything, check it in, build your kits to the standard we agreed on, and get them where they're going. You don't need to source anything from us or learn any software. If you've got the pieces, we put them together right.
Do you have minimums?
Not on your first run. We want you to see how we work before you commit to anything. After that, we'll talk about what makes sense for your volume, but we built this so a small brand or a one-time event can work with us without jumping through hoops.
What does it cost?
Pricing depends on how complex the kit is, how many components go into it, and your volume. Simple kits cost less per unit than detailed ones with custom presentation. We give you a flat quote before we start, so the number you approve is the number you pay. No surprises on the invoice. Tell us what you're building and we'll get you a quote within 24 hours.
How fast can you turn an order around?
That depends on the kit and your timeline, and it's one of the first things we'll sort out. We know packaging is usually the last thing anyone thinks about, which means a lot of our work comes with a deadline that won't move. If you've got a launch or an event date, tell us up front and we'll build the schedule around it. Rush turnaround is available when you need it.
What kinds of products do you handle?
Gift sets, promotional kits, employee onboarding kits, influencer boxes, product bundles, retail-ready sets, and any standard and special product & packaging assembly. If it comes in pieces and needs to go out looking like one finished thing, it's the kind of work we do. If you're not sure whether your project fits, just ask.
Where do the finished kits go?
Wherever the job needs them. We can ship everything together to your event or office, ship each kit individually to your customers or team members, or pack them into retail-ready cases for your retailers or distribution center. You tell us the destination, we handle getting it there.
What sort of rework do you handle?
Send us the flawed run and we'll sort it, inspect every unit, and correct what needs correcting until the lot is right. We also help you with a root cause analysis, so you've got a clean report to take back to the vendor who caused the problem. A lot of clients come to us this way first, in a crisis, and stick around for the planned work afterward.
Can you handle seasonal spikes?
Yes. We flex our labor up when your volume climbs, so a holiday rush or a big launch doesn't mean you have to hire and train temporary people yourself. That's the whole point of handing it to us.
What happens if a kit doesn't come out right?
If a finished kit doesn't match the spec you approved, we rebuild it free. If we miss the deadline we agreed on, that job is free. We can stand behind that because our whole process is built to make sure we never have to.
Do you store my components between runs?
We can. If you're running the same kit program on a recurring basis, we'll hold your components and have them ready for the next run. There's a storage charge for held inventory, which we'll lay out clearly in your quote.
Are you a 3PL?
Not exactly, and that's on purpose. Most 3PLs measure quality by speed and accuracy. We measure it by what your recipient feels when they open the box. We have the same operational discipline, but a different finish line. If you need warehouse-scale fulfillment with deep software integrations, a big 3PL might fit better. If you care about how the thing actually arrives, that's us.
